Dave Tapper & Neil Roberts Memorial Game
It was a great game, great people, and an even greater cause at the David Tapper and Neil Roberts Memorial Game. A huge thank you to Willy, Tony, and everyone who came together to raise $15,000 in support of the Warrior For Life Fund and our expanding programs.
Every time we take the ice, gather for support at our Human Performance Center, or provide professional care for service members, we honor the legacy of heroes like David Tapper and Neil Roberts—two warriors who gave everything for their teammates and our nation.
David Tapper, a highly decorated Navy SEAL, was killed in action during combat operations in Afghanistan in 2003, leaving behind a legacy of courage and sacrifice. Neil Roberts, a member of SEAL Team 6, fell during the Battle of Roberts Ridge in Afghanistan in 2002, fighting with extraordinary bravery.
Bruin’s legends joined us on the ice, including Graeme Townshend, Patrick Mullen, Joe Mullen, and Ken Hodge, while post-game smash burgers hit the spot. We’re so grateful for the support of the NHL Bruins Alumni, Skate 3 in Tyngsboro, Tyngsboro Family Dental Practice, and Maxamillians Billiards Sports Bar & Brick Oven Eatery.
The hockey community always shows up, and every dollar raised helps us keep saying “thank you” to those who defend us.
